Sign-It! ©, NTS's signature digitization solution, is one of the most highly regarded signature verification packages in the industry. Since 1985, election offices across the country have relied on Sign-It! © as a cost effective means of utilizing enhanced technology to handle paperwork that is ever-increasing as result of the NVRA and HAVA. 

With Sign-It! ©, all essential voter information can be displayed on a computer screen for verification. This eliminates the days of heavy binders, misfilings and tedious signature searches.

The AgendaMaestro solution provides a powerful engine that allows for the electronic creation and development of agendas.  Department staff complete electronic agenda item forms that are automatically routed to the proper reviewing and approving agencies and to the agenda coordinator.  All support materials can be attached.  As items are approved for inclusion, the coordinator can "drag and drop" them into the appropriate section of the agenda template and create upcoming agendas on demand.

JMS

NTS understands that a software solution is only as good as the technology it employs and the crucial input it receives from knowledgeable users.  It is with that input and a strong need for a better jury management solution in markets throughout the United States, that NTS developed one of the most robust jury management software systems in the industry – JMS.  Designed for use in the county court systems, JMS delivers a powerful set of tools in an easy to use and flexible format. 

JMS allows random jury selection lists for multiple courts.  This fully functional and stalwart system allows for the creation of a potential jury pool not only from voter registration data, but it also allows the incorporation of records from other sources using a flexible import feature.   

NTS’ jury management system contains functionality to produce various export files and many are pre-set for mail merge.  Full mail merge capabilities are included in the system to allow for full customization of all jury notifications, summons, etc.  This system has been deployed and utilized throughout the country with great success and allows counties significant control and flexibility in managing important jury processing.
